Our candidate has extensive if not expert level in ReportSmith and SQL.  This candidate can do simple reports for mass mailings to detailed reports for hiring managers regarding employee status, position, salary, when their last review took place, etc. This person can manipulate data through SQL to specialize the reports or gear it to what a manager is requesting.  This candidate has worked with line managers to upper level managers regarding reporting, software updates, troubleshooting and updating manuals for HRIS or HR policies/procedures.
